Hertwig Antique Miniature Policeman Boy Doll

Hertwig & Company was founded by Christopher Hertwig, Johann and Benjamin Beyerman in 1864 and continued to produce exceptional porcelain and earthenware objects through until 1941.

We found this beautiful little soul while travelling across the USA and loved him so much we had to buy the entire collection.

This unique little chap is made from porcelain, with a policeman’s felt suit, moulded hat, and Germany logo on feet similar to the Hertwig markings.
